We (Boston Satellite Dish Removal) are specialized in satellite dish, radio towers and antennas removal and disposal. As well as wiring clean-ups and re-wirings. Attending all Greater Boston Region, Central and Western Massachusetts, including Cape Cod, Northern Rhode Island and Southern New Hampshire. We are a small local business with inhouse employees who are determined to provide you (customer) with the best service. The terms and conditions of our services (“Agreement”) are, and you as our Customer understand and agree as follows:

1. When quoting our services you are required to submit to us photos of the satellite dish, radio tower or antenna. Showing its location (roof, wall or ground) and the surrounding area. Based on this information we will come up with the quote that best fits your need.If the satellite dish, tower or antenna is larger than described or in an area with difficult access additional charges may apply. Large satellite dishes, radio towers or antennas are subject to additional planning. We will discuss any additional charges with you prior to proceeding with the Services. The details of our Services and the prices thereof are confirmed to you via email.

2. Our employees, while at your property, will perform our standard scope of work in a first class manner following industry best practices as follows:
● We will remove the satellite dish or antenna mounting brackets and support.
● Mounting brackets and supports penetrating Customer's roof WILL NOT BE REMOVED. This is due to the way they (installer) mounted the brackets onto the roof, which is sealed. Unfortunately if removed the holes that were done by the screws can not be fully fixed and can cause water damage to the roof over time, unless the roof shingles are replaced and that's something we do not do.
● Mounting brackets and supports attached to any wood facades or siding will be removed.
● We will remove all coaxial cabling (that's not being used by other cable providers) and components
(splitters, amps, ground block, ground wires) from the exterior of the house up to the entry point. We will not remove any interior cabling.
● We will patch any and all holes created by the removal of the dish, antenna, or coaxial cable with an exterior silicone caulk to accomplish a functional patch of any holes, the surface WILL NOT be painted, may be visible, and may not match other surfaces.
● We will transport and dispose of the satellite dish, antenna, coaxial cabling and any other material removed from your home.

3. Additional work beyond the stated scope of work above is not provided, including but not limited to:
● Interior wiring removal, digging up of any ground-mounted posts or placement of new roofing shingles or tiles.

5. Any original roof warranties may have been voided when the satellite dish or antenna was installed.

4. We did not perform the original installation and, as such, are not responsible for any improper methods used during the original installation of the satellite dish or antenna. Any damage caused by improper installation will be addressed prior to the removal, we are not responsible for any damage caused by improper installation that might be visible after the removal.

6. You are the property owner, or have permission from the Landlord, Property Manager, or Owner for us to perform the Services.

7. We are fully licensed, bonded, and/or insured as required by the local jurisdiction.

8. You may cancel your order with Boston Satellite Dish Removal at no cost only if the cancellation request is submitted before 5 days of the scheduled appointment. Cancellation requests within 5 days will incur a cancellation fee of 30% of the quoted cost to cover the administrative and scheduling expenses incurred by Boston Satellite Dish removal. We stand behind our work. We will go above and beyond to make sure you are 100% satisfied with the work we did at your house. We will be more than happy to assist you with the removal of that ugly satellite dish, radio tower or antenna off your house.
